Facts, not guesses
Hala answers from the host’s own information. When it doesn’t know, it asks the host.

About HostFlap
I founded HostFlap in 2026 to give every short-term rental the front desk a hotel has: someone who answers guests at any hour, in any language, and knows the house inside out.
The story
I started in 2018 as a freelancer helping short-term rental hosts around the world: listings, pricing, guest messaging and direct bookings. Since then I’ve completed 1,100+ projects for hosts and property managers across the US, Latin America, Europe, the Caribbean and Asia.
As a host and co-host myself, I kept seeing the same pattern. Good homes, good hosts, and the same 20 guest questions arriving at the worst possible time. Where’s the key? Is there parking? Can we check in early? The answers were already written down somewhere. Guests just couldn’t find them.
HostFlap turns that knowledge into AI that works for every property. Our first product, Hala, is a guidebook that answers: it talks to guests in their own language, using only the host’s information, and hands anything sensitive back to the host.
We’re building for hosts worldwide, with Arabic support for holiday homes in the Gulf, including Doha and Dubai.
How we build
Hala answers from the host’s own information. When it doesn’t know, it asks the host.
Anything sensitive goes to a person: complaints, refunds, emergencies, booking changes.
Built to work with Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, never around them.
One link, one QR card, no new software to learn.
Pay for the properties you run. Cancel any month.
Roadmap
