Refund policy

30-day money-back guarantee. Last updated 23 October 2026

The guarantee

Every HostFlap purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not happy for any reason within 30 days of paying, we refund you in full. This covers:

  • Hala monthly plans (Self-serve, Done-for-you and Operator)
  • The Hala setup fee
  • Listing Doctor Pro reports
  • Fix it for me
  • Extra guest messages

How to ask for a refund

  1. Email support@hostflap.com within 30 days of the payment.
  2. Include your order number (it starts with HF-) or the email you used.
  3. We confirm within two working days and send the refund to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take up to 10 working days to show it.

    4. After 30 days

    You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and Hala stays active until the end of the month you’ve paid for. We don’t refund part-months after the 30-day window.

    Fair use

    We may decline a refund if the guarantee is clearly being abused, for example repeated purchases and refunds of the same product.
